Safelog Licenses at Bulk Discounts!

• This page allows you to buy multiple Safelog licenses at quantity discounts. Great for organizations, flight departments, etc.
• A group of pilots can also use this to purchase mutually to benefit from quantity pricing. One person should be the coordinator who is prepared to distribute the voucher codes to the others.
• After purchase, you'll get activation voucher codes sent to you in your receipt email corresponding to your order.
• Users who get vouchers will be able to use Safelog on any or all of their devices - PC, Mac, iOS, and/or Android and also to use the SafelogWeb.com web portal.
• The voucher codes can be used for either to activate new Safelog accounts or to extend the subscription of existing ones.
• It will be your responsibility to distribute the voucher codes to members of your organization.
  • For pilots new to Safelog: tell them to go to SafelogWeb.com and create a demo account. Then, tell them to go into "My Account" in Safelog and to follow the steps to redeem or activate a voucher code. Their paid subscription will begin on the day the voucher code is activated, not the day it is purchased.
  • For pilots with existing Safelog account: tell them to log in to SafelogWeb.com and to go into "My Account." Follow the steps to redeem a voucher code. Voucher codes will extend their subscription forward from their expiry date, not from the date the voucher is entered. So, if a 3-year voucher is applied to an account expiring in 2 months, the new expiration date will be 3 years, 2 months hence. If the account is already past its expiration date, the extension will be from the date the voucher is used, not from back when the subscription expired.

Purchasing Questions:

• If you need to generate a quote for your purchasing process, go down the order process and look for a "Generate a Quote" link or a "Quote" payment type. While prices can change without notice, this will normally give you a quote that you can print out and get approval for.
• Ordering by credit card / debit card is normally fastest, easiest, and best. PayPal works too.
• We generally accept purchase orders for larger orders from bona fide stable organizations (NOT individuals).
  • To pay via PO, select "INVOICE" at checkout.
  • All PO requests are manually reviewed. If accepted, the voucher codes are normally issued immediately and a non-revokable commitment to pay from your side will then have been made. Please do not submit a purchase order request without a firm intention to buy and pay.
  • Purchase orders are genuinely issued NET30 or greater.
  • You will nevertheless in most cases receive your vouchers immediately after your PO request is accepted.
